Mapei Ultretop SP White

Ultratop SP White is a high-performance, polishable, self-leveling cement topping designed for fast-track interior resurfacing. Installed from 3/8" to 2", it hardens in 2–3 hours and can be polished in as little as 24 hours. Ideal for commercial, industrial, and residential interiors, it delivers a smooth, fine-aggregate finish with excellent strength. Ultratop SP White can be extended with decorative or terrazzo aggregates for custom architectural floors. For professional use only and must be applied over properly prepared concrete and a Primer SN sand-broadcast system. Perfect for polished floors in retail, lobbies, showrooms, studios, and modern interior spaces.
