Mapei Ultratop SP

Ultratop SP is a high-performance, polishable, self-leveling cement topping designed to create a smooth, fine-aggregate finish. It installs from 3/8" to 2", hardens in 2–3 hours, and can be polished in about 24 hours. Ideal for commercial, industrial, and residential interiors, it offers high strength and can be extended with decorative or terrazzo aggregates for custom designs. Applied over properly prepared concrete and Primer SN with a full sand broadcast, Ultratop SP provides a durable, fast-turnaround surface suitable for light vehicular traffic, making it perfect for retail, hospitality, lobbies, showrooms, and modern architectural floors.
