ConDecor ReCoat is a polymer-modified, Portland-cement coating made to refresh, recolor, and protect porous concrete and other hard surfaces. This "just add water" formula mixes easily to a thin, paint-like consistency and can be applied by roller, brush, spray, or squeegee. It delivers excellent adhesion, extended open time, and strong abrasion resistance, drying to a hard finish within 24 hours. Available in white or gray and tintable with integral color, ReCoat produces a smooth to lightly textured decorative surface.
