Primer Plus is a premium, concentrated multi-purpose primer designed to boost the bond and performance of NXT® and SUPERCAP® self-leveling underlayments and FRACTURE BAN® peel-and-stick membranes. Formulated with nano-particles, it penetrates deep into concrete, gypsum, plywood, OSB, terrazzo, tile, and other approved substrates to reduce suction and prevent premature moisture loss from SLUs. This water-based primer enhances adhesion, helps create a more consistent, durable surface, and is easy to apply by broom, roller, or sprayer. Ideal for interior commercial and residential projects where reliable, long-lasting underlayment performance is critical.

PlaniLevel™ 420 is a high-compressive-strength, calcium-aluminate self-leveling underlayment designed to level, smooth and repair interior floors before installing finish floor coverings. Engineered for concrete, cement mortar beds, cement backer units, plywood/OSB and properly prepared wood subfloors, it delivers excellent flow for easy placement and a flat, durable surface. Ideal for residential, commercial, heavy-commercial and institutional projects, PlaniLevel 420 can be placed from 1/8" to 1" neat (up to 5" with aggregate) and is self-curing to reduce downtime. When used over properly primed substrates, it helps correct uneven slabs and refurbish worn interiors, providing a strong, reliable base ready for tile in as little as 24 hours and other floor coverings after proper drying.

PlaniLevel™ 500 is a calcium-aluminate, quick-setting, self-drying, self-leveling underlayment and industrial topping for interior floors. Engineered with very high compressive strength, it creates an exceptionally flat, durable surface that resists wheel tracking, point loading and indentations better than softer levelers. Primer L is a concentrated, solvent-free acrylic primer designed to improve the bond between properly prepared concrete substrates and self-leveling underlayments. Its green tint makes coverage easy to verify, while its low odor and low VOCs support safer indoor use. Primer L is ideal for priming concrete, gypsum underlayments and mortar beds, and can also be used between layers of MAPEI self-levelers. The formula dries quickly—typically within 3 hours—and helps ensure strong adhesion and a smooth, stable surface before applying underlayments or patches. Suitable for interior applications where clean, dependable surface preparation is required, Primer L is easy to mix, easy to apply and effective on porous or profiled substrates that need reliable bond enhancement.

Ultratop [NA] is a high-performance, self-leveling concrete topping for interior floors, designed for fast-track resurfacing of worn horizontal surfaces. Fluid and easy to place from 1/4" to 2", it hardens in 2–3 hours and is ready for stains, sealers, or coatings in as little as 24 hours. Applied over properly prepared concrete and Primer SN with a full sand broadcast, Ultratop SP provides a durable, fast-turnaround surface suitable for light vehicular traffic, making it perfect for retail, hospitality, lobbies, showrooms, and modern architectural floors.
