Primer

Primer L is a concentrated, solvent-free acrylic primer designed to improve the bond between properly prepared concrete substrates and self-leveling underlayments. Its green tint makes coverage easy to verify, while its low odor and low VOCs support safer indoor use. Primer L is ideal for priming concrete, gypsum underlayments and mortar beds, and can also be used between layers of MAPEI self-levelers. The formula dries quickly—typically within 3 hours—and helps ensure strong adhesion and a smooth, stable surface before applying underlayments or patches. Primer Plus is a premium, concentrated multi-purpose primer designed to boost the bond and performance of NXT® and SUPERCAP® self-leveling underlayments and FRACTURE BAN® peel-and-stick membranes. Formulated with nano-particles, it penetrates deep into concrete, gypsum, plywood, OSB, terrazzo, tile, and other approved substrates to reduce suction and prevent premature moisture loss from SLUs. This water-based primer enhances adhesion, helps create a more consistent, durable surface, and is easy to apply by broom, roller, or sprayer. Ideal for interior commercial and residential projects where reliable, long-lasting underlayment performance is critical.

JP Resin MVB Flow is a 100% solids, two-component epoxy primer designed to control moisture vapor transmission in concrete. Formulated for demanding environments, it reduces MVER levels up to 25 lbs/1000 sq ft/24 hrs and bonds exceptionally well to damp or newly placed concrete. With a rapid 4–5 hour tack-free cure, it’s ideal for garages, warehouses, basements and commercial flooring prep. MVB Flow meets ASTM F3010 when applied at 17 mils, offering a reliable moisture barrier before installing epoxy or other floor systems.

Simiron 1150FC is a 100% solids, zero-VOC, fast-curing epoxy primer engineered for quick return-to-service flooring systems.
